What better way to start your day than with this berry porridge!?
Take a cup full of any frozen (or fresh) berries + simmer on low heat in a saucepan
Once the berries have started to melt, mash them up so it becomes juicy
Add maple syrup or sweetener or taste and stir in for 2 mins
Allow to cool
Add 1/2 cup oats to 1 cup coconut milk (or any plant milk) and stir
Stick in microwave for a min, or until hot
Stir in 3 tsp chia seeds
Top with berry coulis, berries, chocolate + drizzle!
