Delivery & Returns
Please note that deliveries may take longer than usual as Royal Mail faces increased delays caused by COVID-19. Please allow up to 14 days for UK delivery.
All of our products are carefully hand wrapped and packaged in recycled cardboard boxes or envelopes, with recipe cards and tissue paper made with soy-based ink.
We post via Royal Mail at our local post office. We love having a chat with Kerry and his wife Theo while we're there - their biggest fear is their post office being closed down if it’s not being seen to be used enough, so they love when we arrive with bags of deliveries!
Our delivery prices and timelines reflect the care and attention to detail we give to make sure opening our packages is a delight - all the while ensuring we're acting sustainably for the environment and local businesses. We appreciate your patience!
Within the UK:
There are two options for shipping and handling within the UK:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class, up to 2kg (allow 10 days) - £3.50
- Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For, up to 2kg (allow 7 days) - £4.50

Channel Islands:
We now ship to Jersey & Guernsey:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, up to 2kg (allow 7 days) - £4.50

Republic of Ireland:
We now ship to Ireland:
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, up to 2kg or £50 value (allow 7 days) - £16.00
- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, up to 2kg or £100 value (allow 7 days) - £18.00
**Note that international deliveries may incur a customs and/or import fee, which is payable by the customer, in the delivery country, direct to the import authority. Sasstainable does not have any visibility of these charges and does not take responsibility for any fees incurred. Please check with your local authority before ordering.**

Other International:
Due to disruption caused by COVID-19, international shipments are currently facing severe delays. Because we cannot predict or control delivery timeframes, we have suspended international shipping at this time.
Returns
Due to the nature of our product range (because it touches food!) in order to maintain the highest levels of safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind. If your product is faulty, or for any other issue, please get in touch by email and we will see what we can do to help!
