Puff Pastry Tarts with Pesto, Peppers and Tomatoes
Ready made Puff Pastry
Tomatoes (sliced in half)
Salt + Pepper
Slice the pastry sheet into 6-8 squares.
Lay the pastry out on your reusable silicone baking sheet, on top of an oven tray.
Spread the pesto with a 1cm border.
Top with thinly sliced peppers and tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Roll the edges of the pastry in slightly.
Bake at 180c for 20 minutes.
Make sure you check the labels on your puff pastry and pesto to ensure it's vegan!
