Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Try out these Buffalo Cauli Bites, the perfect lil Christmas buffet sharer!
100g Panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 cauliflower (broken into bitesized pieces)
4 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
30g melted vegan butter
2 tbsp agave nectar
2 tbsp Sriracha
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and pepper
For the Cauliflower
For the dipping sauce
Combine the Panko breadcrumbs and paprika
Stir the mayonnaise into the cauliflower until the bitesized pieces are coated. Then add the breadcrumbs and stir well.
Place on a lined baking tray and bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together the vegan butter, agave nectar, Sriracha, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Serve and enjoy!
